"This store should start having self service, self check out. I think they would have better outcome on sales. You see employees but no one offers to help. When you ask for help no one shows up, I spent a whole hour in store and no one offered to help. The store was empty, it was my self and another customer. Corp. should hire a new manager and train the staff some customer service skills."

"I wanted to purchase a new set of clubs for myself to improve my game and went in to buy them on sale. The store did not have the steel shafts I wanted but offered me the graphite shafts instead for the same price. I jumped on the deal of the day. fast forward three weeks and graphite shafts are not good for my swing. I took them back and worked with management team, David and Kim. David took time and fitted me with steel shafts and we looked over different types and brands of irons. he found the best option for my swing and gave me a great set of new clubs, and took mine in on trade and made it right on pricing. Golf Galaxy in Grapevine earned a customer today. Lesson learned from golf experience, get a fitting and purchase the right clubs first. not the other way around."

"I went into golf galaxy at 3 o’clock in the afternoon on a Thursday. I spent 30 minutes trying to find someone who would help me demo a new set of irons. Finally a guy came over and tried to get another clerk to come help me. Second clerk said he was busy, so the first clerk set up two irons for me to try, but he did not tighten the heads. I could not hit the clubs because the heralds were loose.. Terrible service and nobody seems to want to sell golf clubs at the store. Dr. Webb"

"I got fitted for new irons with Skyler and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and detailed when doing the fitting. The irons were delivered with the wrong grips and he ordered the correct ones immediately and made it right! Skyler was great to work with and made my experience easy and enjoyable. "We needed to fit my son for his first set of clubs for high school golf club. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We got to try out putters, which they have new and pre-owned clubs. We were also looking for youth golf clothing but they don't carry youth sizes."
