I brought in my old, rusty bicycle that had seen better days. I wasn't even sure if it could be salvaged, but the technicians assured me they could work their magic – and boy, did they deliver! The turnaround time was lightning-fast, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was expecting to be without my bike for days, but they managed to fix it up in no time. When I picked up my bike, I could hardly believe my eyes. It looked like a brand new bike! They had not only fixed the issues I brought it in for, but they also cleaned it thoroughly and even adjusted the gears and brakes for a smoother ride. It felt like riding on air, I swear! And the price? Oh, it was incredibly reasonable. I was half expecting to be charged a fortune for the level of service I received, but it was so affordable. "Ed over at Southlake TREK was amazing. My Son is Special Needs and we were looking for a bike for him to use everyday and for Special Olympics Cycling. My Son had his heart set on an Emonda. Ed showed us a Emonda ALR 5 that was upgraded and customized. Ed was so patient with my son and all his questions. My son love’s blue so Ed helped us out with some color accents. He can’t wait to ride it with our church group this Saturday and show it off."

"I don't say this often...but I love what the Trek bicycle brand is doing. They have succeeded at getting every employee to buy into providing excellent customer service. When I was looking and considering a new bike they answered ALL of my questions and didn't create any pressure. The next day when I returned to pick up my sons bike I purchased it. Then, my son was not thrilled with the choices I made for his bike so they jumped through hoops to make him and me happy. They were quick to respond with whatever we needed.
