"Use to love to use self-checkout, it was so fast and easy. Took away the handheld devices, now force you to unload cart, pile your food as high as you can on the scale, and then reload when you're finished. What a PITA. May as well go thru regular lines, what it is the point of self checkout now?"

"Costco is a good place for shopping. This location in OKC is well stocked and clean. Most employers are friendly, but the supervisors are very rude and abrupt. Yesterday I was so disappointed, being treated like a bum by the supervisors at the front service counter. On the way check out at the door, a very young man ripped my receipt with his marker, I don't know how because the marker isn't sharp enough to poke through paper, he must yanked it hard and ripped the receipt. He asked me if I needed the receipt, yes , I need it for those items I bought for my friend. He sent me to the service counter to have them print another receipt, the lady here took my Costco's card, went to the back office, I was in a hurry to go home after spending a long time at Costco , I asked her to give me back my card so I can leave, then the supervisor man came, he looked at me with a serious mean face and asked me "WHAT DO YOU WANT? " I wish I could record this one my phone. I couldn't believe what I heard, it is a very inappropriate way to talk to customers when it came to a problem situation. Especially he works for Costco, worldwide companies, he represented the company to serve community, other than that it's a attitude towards public for a gentleman. I don't know is it about races or anything else, but I left Costco with tears. I've noticed that several times here at this location, the supervisors never break a smile to customers, and talk very abruptly. I'm from the west coast California, I do not have this kind of problem, I don't see this kind of attitude, he's a good looking man, but he has bad attitude. Costco needs attention on their employees. I will call corporate and talk about this matter on behalf of Costco shoppers. We spend money here, we should not being treated like this. Maybe more locations needed here in OKC would help to eliminate this shameful. Maybe someone doesn't care, but I've seen reviews from other customers visited Costco had this same problem."

"I was disappointed to see that the store removed the handheld self-checkout scanners. I've noticed that Sam's Club, for instance, still offers handheld scanners and even has a convenient 'Scan and Go' feature on their mobile app. While I understand the need to address theft, I found those scanners convenient for my shopping experience. However, I appreciate the store's efforts to improve security and am hopeful they'll find alternative solutions to enhance convenience for customers."

"We love this COSTCO location in OKC. The employees are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help us find our favorite items if they’re missing or out of stock at a given location. Mr. Ronnie always greats our son with so much joy. Grateful for their prices and samples. Even on a busy Saturday the managers do a great job of getting everyone to a short line and moving at a great pace. Also, our toddler loves their pizza! Always an amazing deal at COSTCO."

"Costco is a great place to shop and I had never been disappointed, always great people and helpful. Today they failed and have disappointed me. I walked in there to do my shopping and I noticed they had the dinning table I bought January 18, 2023 marked down. Finished doing all my shopping and headed to the customer service. They said it was not the same item. Headed back there to double check we were looking at the right item. Spoke to 4 different people, first one was a young lady very nice and she said she will get some one else for us. The other lady was also nice but they had to take it a step further. Spoke to a guy that is in charge of the displays, I explained to him that they had 4 dinning tables and 2 have the wrong prices and another one has the wrong sku number with wrong price . He said that he wasn’t making any of this up but kids will go and move prices around. Like a kid can reach the price tags. (See pictures below).I asked if we can come to an agreement on price but the answer was no. He asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I replied yes. She comes over and she said it’s a mistake that there is nothing they can do about it. Anyone can make mistakes but it’s a mistake on 3 different dinning sets. I asked her if she could honor it, that it wasn’t my fault. As you know none of that happened. The first picture is the dinning table I purchased. The last one has the original price to my dinning table. They just didn’t want to do it because it was a $600 difference."
