"I have not have great success with my left-handed Se122. From day one the gun has giving me nothing but trouble. I barely shot a box of shells before the next issue would occur. I do not recommend buying this gun or any guns from this company. Spend the money and buy a better quality gun. THERE JUNK!!!"

"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER & WARRANTY SERVICE! I bought an EVO-BT shotgun from Primary Arms about two weeks and it arrived with a factory defect (broken pistol grip). I contacted TR Imports and on Sunday night and by 10am the next morning, a customer representative (Brandon G.) had called and left me several voice messages as well as emailed me several times to take care of the problem. When I finally made contact with the representative, he was professional, polite and very helpful. Within 30 minutes of this call, I received an email from USPS notifying me that TR Imports had send me a package (the part plus all extra mounting hardware)."
