"Gun shop, maybe… gunsmith, NOT A CHANCE. I dropped off parts for a new upper receiver group to get put together here. The parts were all brand new. The job turned from a “build” into a “repair”. That is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I ended up having to send one of the gun parts back to the manufacturer for replacement, in fear that the integrity of the part was compromised. The store owner then proceed to try and charge me money on a half done/ damaged build. Luckily I was able to get out of it without spending any extra money. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the last part forced my hand. I ended up having to take my upper receiver build to another gunsmith to take apart so I could ship off the damaged part. I then realized that one of the pins needed for my gas block was missing, which I paid for and dropped off with them with all my other parts. Might I also add that I had to ask for all my tools back that came with my kit when I dropped it off. VERY unprofessional. The owner was in NO rush to fix the problem they created. You may be able to buy guns from these guys, but if you need work done on your firearms…. BEWARE. 1/18/24 in response to owner comment: No one notified me that the hand guard got screwed up. I HAD TO CALL to find out, no one called me. I called the manufacturer and told them verbatim how you guys tried to put the bolts on, and they said you torqued them down too much and that’s why they broke. You guys broke THREE screws! Not having the spare parts, you should have stopped and contacted me after you broke ONE! Why would I want you guys to continue to work on the project? Missing parts: I had to ask for my barrel nut wrench and Allen key that came with my hand guard. Had to show a picture to staff of what it looked like just for you guys to find it. Should have had ALL my items together and not scattered about. Don’t forget… I NEVER GOT BACK MY GAS TUBE PIN… so we’re clear."

"Great customer service...help me with a lot of great information with the transferring of a gun. Was very honest when I was told to get by the police station for a fee. And this company informed me thatvit wasn't necessary. Save me the fee. I appreciate the help they gave my son and me and they were very friendly. My son will definitely be back. Me too when I'm in the state."
