"Nice park. Phenomenal location. The campsites are awesome. I give it four stars because it is a very busy and loud park. So lots to do around here but we prefer a bit quieter when we camp."
"Very nice campground. We had site 20 which was level and had nice view of lake across the street. Almost all sites fully shaded with cedar trees. Some sites look like they need quite a bit of leveling, especially for big rigs. Standard bathrooms for ACE campgrounds, but did not use them. Very quiet and relaxing. Arrived after-hours and our parking tag was on the board. Look at your email confirmation for the gate code."
"I loved our site (#13). We had a gorgeous view of the lake, and the sunrise was spectacular! We also found lovely hiking trails and ended up at a magical waterfall. The camp was quiet, too, even though it was full. I recommend this location!"
"Cedar Breaks Park offers a delightful hiking experience that strikes a perfect balance between challenge and enjoyment. The moderate trail winds its way through picturesque landscapes, treating hikers to breathtaking views of the tranquil Lake Georgetown. As you traverse the path, the serene ambiance of the surroundings and the refreshing scent of nature in the air create an immersive experience that rejuvenates the soul. The well-maintained trail ensures a pleasant journey, with occasional elevation changes that add just the right amount of excitement without overwhelming less experienced hikers. The highlight undoubtedly lies in reaching various vantage points along the trail, each offering stunning panoramas of the lake below, making every step truly rewarding. The beauty of Cedar Breaks Park extends far beyond its scenic vistas. The park's ambiance encourages a sense of tranquility and connection with nature, allowing visitors to unwind and appreciate the simple yet profound joys of the outdoors. Whether you're an avid hiker seeking a satisfying trek or simply someone looking to immerse themselves in nature's beauty, this trail caters to all. Its accessibility and the stunning views it offers make it an ideal destination for anyone seeking a memorable outdoor adventure. After my visit, I found myself not just captivated by the views but also grateful for the serene escape this trail provided—a place where the harmony of nature and the joy of hiking converge seamlessly."
