"If I could give Redbird more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Dr. Johnston and NP Thole are who my 1 year old son usually sees for his well visits and they have always addressed any concerns with respect and care, and always make sure to reassure us as parents. I recently had to take my son to a nearby hospital where they dismissed us with our concerns and said he was fine. We called Redbird afterwards and they were able to get us in immediately for the same issue. Today, he saw Dr. Ponciroli, and he took one look at my sons ears and said that he had an ear infection, that the hospital did not catch. At this visit I asked Dr, Ponciroli many questions about ear infections and medications and he was very thorough and reassuring with all of his answers. The front desk staff and nurses are all also very excellent at what they do. You can tell that every member of the staff truly cares about your child. They have always been able to squeeze us in, in a pinch. I cannot recommend Redbird Pediatrics enough!"
