"I had a basic tune up for $69.99, and I think I did not get the service for the price. They put air on the shock and sprayed lube on chain. All other bearing were left untouched. It was not cleaned and they didn’t even bother to put air on the tires. These images are 2 hrs after I received the bike. The staff is nice and have excellent inventory but my maintenance experience was horrible. I would discourage friends and family from coming here."

"Do not buy Bontrager tubes, I hope I can return this tube. The tube on photo is brand new and failed during first ride. The tube linear defect that looks like a split not a puncture is on inside diameter of the tube. This is second time that it happened to me, this product is poorly manufactured in mainland China and is poor quality."
