"Today I called to see if they had sold a gun I left over 2 Years ago. They could not find it so we drove there. My wife went in because I have ALS and can't walk much. She went to the cashier and told the guy that I had called a few minutes before. He asked another worker there if he had gotten a call. Then the other person said, "Yeah, the guy that's hard to understand?" with an arrogant attitude. So my wife told him I have a terminal condition call ALS. He turned around and walked off. The thing is that the cashier already had the information ready before my wife went in, so he did understand my English. She never had to give the info to the person at the computer. My wife walked out but went back in and told him again that I have this disease and he didn't have to say that that way. He said, "What am i supposed to do about it? You knew who I was talking about. I didn't have his name" My wife said he could ask for the name and that he didn't have to say it that way. He never apologized. She said, "I guess if you're good with that..." The cashier apologized for it and my wife thanked him. . Probably a racist person They sold both guns and I have to call for them to send the checks and in both occasions the same person acted like that, rude. I guess they wanted me to forget about it and keep the money because guns were sold a while ago and check was never sent. I do not know his name, but if you go there you will have no issue identifying him, he is the bald guy. Be careful who you make deals with, I do not think that guy represents the business but he does damage the reputation of the business a lot."
