Sam's Club

"Need to take a moment to talk about Sam's Club Bakery and Mrs. Annie! We come to this Sam's because it's always clean and very friendly! We brought our mother along to do some Sunday shopping with us. I told her about their fresh Cinnamon Rolls with sour cream frosting. We came upon the bakery and a big ole empty spot where they are usually at! Oh know! We saw an employee named Mrs Annie and asked about them. She said they were cooling down and I could possibly get some before leaving to check back. 25mins later nothing yet. I saw Annie and she said "oh hey! I got your cinnamon rolls right in back ready to go! The only ones packaged but ready, extra frosting and man did I feel VIP in front of my mother in law! Sam's Club..... Annie is the best face of your bakery. Please give her a raise! That's the customer service people brag about! Thank you Mrs. Annie!"

"I love Sam’s Club and getting good deals. With inflation prices are absolutely rediculous. I used to easily spend $300 in one trip but now I have to watch what I buy and walk out with $100 with just a few items. I don’t know if I will continue my membership after it expires. Also the sales people in here are RELENTLESS! Get rid of them! They solicit the hell out of you and don’t leave you alone. I’ve had one run down the aisle to me to try to sell whatever it was he was selling. I don’t want to be disturbed when I’m shopping. I had a lady come up to me today and hand me a ticket for a free knife. I heard her over at her set up and nothing was free, only if you purchase what they were selling even though the ticket she handed me said no purchase was needed. I like the ease of scan and go though. More stores should follow suit with that. I like browsing in stores but don’t want to deal with pick up orders or cashiers."

"Great prices and great selection. Gas is also very discounted. If you go around rush hours there will always be quite the line, but that is to be expected. It can be hard at times to find an associate, but I like shopping solo. It's nice for me, but maybe not for others looking for assistance."

"I’m leaving a review about my recent visit here buying tires. The customer service was absolutely excellent. I spoke with a guy named Anthony in tire and battery about new tires for my truck. I wasn’t sure what tires were best for my truck since I have a new Ford and haven’t owned it very long. Anthony went the extra mile to explain in detail how each tire differed. He explained to me what tires were good for hauling while still maintaining good road stability and what tires I could have confidence in in the rain. He went out of his way to provide me several estimates and explain each brand of tire. In the end I chose the copper AT3s. At first I thought maybe it was just another place just trying to make a sell, but everything he told me was spot on and I love my tires. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. I’ve never had this good of customer service at sam’s, so great job and special shout out to Anthony!"

"The Cafe food is a great deal. I love going there. Me and my family shop at Sam's once a month. I wish corporate would make sure that there's plenty of people to jump in on the cafe team. There was one lady working hard a patiently all by herself for a long time with a long line. It seems there wasn't enough coverage."
