"Stop!!! Do Not Order From This Location. Poor quality and customer service. The "store manager" Matt should be fired immediately!!! Often, how things are handled are due to the lack of leadership. It started with me waiting 15 minutes to pick up my order as I arrived only because the app said my order was ready. Then to get home and my pizza isn't square cut nor half and half as I ordered. Additionally, no icing for the cinnamon twist(which I purchase an additional one). I immediately contacted the store to only be met with staff playing games as to who was the manager. No one was willing to give their name and the lack of empathy to an already frustrating situation only made it worse. After 10mins of going back and forth with Matt "store manager" repeatedly asking for the corporate number and the name of his boss he offers me a $25 credit to my account for a future order. This was unacceptable as I won't order from this location. Then having to call the following day to obtain the manager's name from the evening before. The demeanor, tone and lack of accountably to right a wrong won't allow me to patronize this location again!"

"Ordered through the app on a random Wednesday night for carry out. Pizza was done lightning fast, and the employees inside were very kind and welcoming when we went to pick up. Pizza was tasty, fast, and we'll be back again."
"Tonight I was ordering Domino's because I thought my grandmother and I could settle down with pizza and a movie. The Domino's order was simple. The delivery driver named Pat was disrespectful to me and the apartment clerk. He called me on the phone and told me he couldn't deliver my pizza to the door because he couldn't leave his bike because it was expensive. When he dropped off the pizza with the apartment front desk clerk he was rude to her and she mentioned that when he was on the phone with me that he was already leaving so by the time I got down to get my pizza the driver was gone. I immediately called the Domino's store and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then when I explained the issue to the manager, who refused to give me his name. The person at the store started making excuses for the driver and then offered me a $25 off coupon instead of automatically telling me that my order would be refunded. I don't know why anyone would take a bribe for such insufferable service. Do not order from this store you will be disappointed and upset."
"Do NOT order from here. Based on the comments- this store should be shut down. Last time We ordered- the pizzas were burnt. The picture attached , was the least burnt pizza we received. I called to complain and I received a store credit, which i decided to use today. What a joke!! It has been 3 hours and 20 minutes that I ordered and every time I call- they lie that it already left out. Do not believe them when they tell you it’ll be here in less than 20 minutes. A dominos driver pulls up in front of my residence and 5 minutes later, just drive away. When I called to ask for my refund, the employee hung up on me! They claim the drivers quit, which is not the customer’s fault. The profesional thing to do is be honest and not lie to people for over 3 hours. Employees should call customers back so we can have the option of taking our money elsewhere! Now, let’s see how long they take to refund me my $!"
