"Terrible experience. I shopped rates when everyone’s rates jumped earlier this year. Eric Barry was helpful in getting information and quotes but that’s where everything helpful came to a stop. Before my multiple policies were set to renew they drastically went up on premiums without communicating the increase. I never had to use any of the policies. Trying to cancel a policy with this group was made difficult. They also refused to reimburse my mortgage holder, instead opting for me to do it. Never again would I consider doing business here."
