"My wife and I foolishly drove around for almost 3 months with a terminated policy produced by this office in Round Rock. This happened on account of internal errors between my agent and Texas Farm and Bureau policy service department. Our policy was promptly reinstated. I understand human error but I was expecting my agent or Texas Farm Bureau to apologize for putting my family in financial risk. Luckily nothing happened during that period and all is well. His assistant was wonderful and helped me fix the problem. She was understanding and I wish I didn't have to write this review with a 1 star. She deserves a 5 star review but this issue is exclusively with my agent and Texas Farm and Bureau."

"Texas Farm Bureau cancelled my policy without any notice. They claim to have sent letters to me, I never received them. After filing a claim, I was notified by the claims department that my policy had been canceled due to non payment. My account is on automatic withdrawal, they take money out every month. I have received an email from the VP of underwriting Bruce White avoiding the issue and condescending. The company knows they have a communication issue stated by managers and the VP, yet still turn their backs on my claim."
