"DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Jared Antoine, Principle Agent, brokered a SageSure homeowners policy for me back in 2019. After a couple years, I purchased a new policy from a different carrier to get bundled savings. I called Integra (formerly Antoine Insurance) to cancel the homeowners policy in March 2022. They confirmed the policy would be cancelled. I then received an email in October 2022 saying the SageSure policy was set to renew and was auto-paid in full from my mortgage lender. When I called Integra, Natasha from the team tried to help me get a refund back from SageSure for the 6 months I was carrying two policies. SageSure said they required written cancellation notice, and they only agreed to backdate the policy cancellation by 30 days. This means I was only issued a refund of $97, when I should have been issued a refund for $574. SageSure refuses to issue a full refund. I emailed Natasha from Integra 3 times over 3 months and received NO response at all. I emailed Jared Antoine directly twice in a month and received NO response. I am a little blown away that this company, so responsive during the SALES process, has collectively chosen to completely ignore me now that I need help with a carrier they brokered a policy with. Very disappointing. Steer clear."
