"The cashier was nowhere to be found. I waited for about 10 minutes then she finally decided to wait on her customers. I inquired about why our gas pump wasn’t working and she rudely told me that I had to pay first. I had already inserted my card in the machine and nothing. She didn’t have to speak to me that way. Be nice to your customers and maybe you business wouldn’t get such bad reviews."

"Restrooms closed, had to go inside for a receipt, employee slowly, and slowly walked to register with a stop on the way. The casually puts receipt on the counter in spite of my outstretched and. Sheeesh! Talk about no service!"

"Went to add money to my cashapp card. It hadn’t shown on my card so talked to the friendly and helpful cashier. He called his manager and she said she was on her way to give me a refund. After 2 hours of waiting the assistant manager arrived. She was nice, but had some very explicit words to say about her boss Cassi. Talking multiple times about how she was “Fucked over” by her manager. I asked for the corporate phone number. I’m told it’s in the restroom. I go in the men’s restroom and it’s not there. The manager (Cassi) finally arrived and didn’t say anything to me. She had called another male employee in (was shirtless) telling me how I wasn’t going to disrespect the ladies. I proceeded to tell him there was no disrespect. The assistant manager even told him there was none that she was “just frustrated. The manager wouldn’t speak to me. She called the police. This store is dirty, the restrooms are disgusting, some of the employees are good, others are horrible individuals and should never be in a position to come in contact with the public."

"Came through on a road trip. Reasonable gas prices, clean restrooms, seemed like good selection. The only weird thing was having every employee (really, all of them) shout WELCOME TO CEFCO!! as you entered the store, then again as you came out of the bathroom and then THANKS FOR STOPPING BY HAVE A GREAT DAY!! as you left. I guess the regional mgr was in town or something? We chose not to look around the store before we left bc we didn’t want to get loudly welcomed to aisle 3, the soda fridge, the register, etc. We’ll see how is next time we come through."

"Stopped here for fuel, drinks, snacks, and restrooms. After spending nearly $100 on diesel and $30 on snacks and drinks for our whole family, I was informed by Jaclyn, the employee at the counter, that we had to purchase a package of toilet paper in order to use the restrooms. She told me that they do not supply toilet paper and napkins because it loses money. Had I known before spending $130 here, that I would be forced to pay another $5 just to use the bathroom, I’d have taken my business to the Valero two blocks away. Jaclyn even seemed to be upset with me for giving rolls of toilet paper to other women in the store so they didn’t have to buy it. What a ridiculous, unacceptable business practice this is. Included is a photo of the sign in the ladies room promising a clean, well stocked restroom. Cefco will never have my business again."
