"I've been trying to cancel my policy... I'm cancelling my policy with them bc after paying them for almost 10 years I got to know their unprofessional ways. They request the money on which was monthly withdrawn... They had No Care customer services!! In their automated call answering machine, they ask us to call our car insurance agency. The ph# we called was in fact the car insurance agency ph number sent monthly to us. For long years we have paid with set monthly date with no problem... But we just found out they chose to change the payment date to a day before the car incident that injured our car and us!!! They have their own judgement how to answer the call by stopping the call by transferring to others many times or sending back the call to the automated voice call and again the automated ask us to call our agency, truth they have no respect for the clients / customers. They make you to give up from calling them!"
