"If you want barbecue how it was when we were kids, THIS IS THE PLACE! I ordered the rib tip and snoots combo with potato salad. It was delicious! The snoots were crispy but not overly crispy, where you'd crack all your teeth. The tips were good and tender as well. I'm getting hungry writing this, lol. This is a mom and pop type operation, and anyone who knows food is aware these are the types of places where you get good food. They also play some tunes while you wait for your order. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Go ahead, check them out!"

"I so enjoyed my bbq!!! It was seasoned not overly because I know my elders can’t have too much salt. It was cooked to perfection. And baby the potatoe salad I don’t know whose grandma made that but honey it was delicious. I will definitely be back!!!"

"The front desk at our hotel suggested this place for BBQ. It was take-out only with a small waiting area. The food is cooked to order, so there is a wait. Many people ordered and left or waited outside. The owner was very personable and even offered free snowcones to those waiting. The food was good but not necessarily exciting. The fried porkchop was lightly seasoned and fried well. The rib tips were tender, and the sauce was good."

"When spending your hard work money and you come to patronize a business the servers should make sure you had ALL what you ordered in your bag, they have the ticket to read the order. I should have double check myself but I didn't. Potato salad wasn't in my order. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place."
