"Worst dealership experience ever… car went in for an oil change and regular maintenance and came back with malfunction lights on dash that didn’t exist before, my active air brake (wing) isn’t working, one tire had a nail in it was loosing air completely in less than two days (wasn’t ever an issue before), and car made more rattling noises that it did before service. Took it elsewhere and got photos and videos of broken panels that were either glued or double sided taped unfortunately. It literally seemed like no one knew what’s going on or what they’re doing. Prices weren’t provided clearly before service was conducted, and was trying to charge me diag fee for inspecting why the air brake stopped working while car was at their possession suddenly (over $1000 to inspect btw!) Service adviser talks to you as if your a pain in the butt when you call because you receive absolutely no updates unless you decide to call after a few days of silence, and answers questions in a way that makes you feel stupid for asking… if you read this far in this review I’d like you to know that the fluid services they’ve done to my 720S lead to getting rid of the vehicle as I had either to trade it in or sue the company for the damage that was done when it was really supposed to be a simple service and I know this can take months in court and can get really costly. Very frustrated since I was totally in love with my mclaren 720s but felt like the amount of damage done was gonna cost me tens of thousands of dollars to repair…"

"As an owner of a McLaren you are well aware of your car needing service lol. Fortunately, McLaren Chicago has Alexis to set Chicago from others service departments I had in the past. She was my concierge in the wonderful world of Mclaren service. I have had several very good experiences at other exotic and high end auto dealers. Alexis outperformed them all and definitely thought outside of the box. She made things happen while keeping me up-to-date at the same time and always accessible for issues. I do not usually leave good reviews (I know I should) so that really means something. Thank You!"
"Absolutely amazing that sums it up! I had my McLaren shipped they were instrumental in scheduling. I Cant say enough about Alexis, every time I called she answered the phone! She always was able to answer my questions and if she didn’t have the answer she would research it and get right back with me. She provided a very detailed report with everything researched including price and availability of parts. She also was sure to include photos of work that needed to be performed. Service performed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Thank you Alexis, My mechanic and Samuel the parts manager who has helped me in the past and set up my first service, keep up the great work!!!"
