"I visited this tire shop because my Honda CRV had a leak in one of the tires. The mechanic found a screw in my tire and told me that it was not possible to be repaired and advised me to buy a new tire which is what I did. I asked him to balance my front tires and after leaving the shop, the car had vibrations in the steering wheel. I didn’t go back to the shop because I thought his balance machine was not good and he did all he could. BUT 10 days later I visited Discount Tire and rebalanced my tires. I was surprised when the mechanic at Discount Tire, who did the balancing, showed me the front wheels were off the balance and the wheel weights were not changed in several years. This is my experience with this shop."
