"Be wary of this dealer, especially their service center. My truck had an issue and they failed to fix it three times. The same error codes show up after driving 7 miles. They deceived me repeatedly and I exposed their lies. They never meet the deadline or give any updates. I reached out to the service manager, Mr. Tom, who was rude and unhelpful. I requested a transfer and spoke to the general manager, who assured me he would look into it and get back to me soon. But days have gone by and nothing has changed. I don’t even want to mention the communication among the lower-level staff, because it’s a disaster with such poor leadership. I’m now dealing with GM to resolve the issue."
