"We needed a large car to pick us up at Terminal 5 at O'Hare, but Ubers aren't allowed there anymore. I searched for a limo service and was relieved to find this affordable option charging a "flat rate" even though I was a little concerned that the booking process was a lower tech than I was used to. I had no reason to worry, however. I could feel that an actual person had verified our reservation. The site kept in touch with us up till the time of our pickup. We messaged our driver Wabi arrived until we were ready; he also advised us on the most convenient place to meet. The car was clean and comfortable! Wabi was misinformed that the car seat we needed for our 4-year-old would be rear-facing, so he expertly re-installed it. It was a safe, enjoyable ride from the airport with pleasant conversation. We enjoyed our experience very much! I'm sure we'll be asking for Wabi through Chauffeurly in the future. Thank you! NOTE: Before the pickup we received a payment receipt that included an automatic 20% gratuity. The convenience is appreciated, since that was what I had planned to tip. We also had to pay tolls, fuel surcharge, airport pickup tax, and $35 for the car seat -- understandable. We're told that we're paying a FLAT RATE at the time of booking, but I would feel more informed and comfortable being told up front of other charges to expect. I went from thinking we got an incredible deal on a car service to . . . well, it's cheaper than other services."

"Service was great on both ends, ultimately. I booked both pickup and drop off to the airport. Never used them before just trusted that it would all be good. A little glitch in the service......the hotel to airport pickup. The driver was picking up from the drop off place so they were obviously late. However, I called Deluxe Black and they ended up sending us a different driver who had happen to be in the area. Got to the airport on time. Kudos for the save!!"
