"Literally nobody took this insurance, the one place that did stopped citing they would never pay. I am actively canceling my insurance as I write this versus staying on trying to find anyone who takes their plans (which again is no one) If you told me this is a shell company of some sort that runs as an insurance scam, I would wholeheartedly believe you"

"UPDATE: William just gave me the good news that the claim has been approved. Hallelujah! Thank you! ———————— This is the dental company that is used for Kelsey-Seybold. I’m guessing they only want to cover so much before they start giving people the runaround. I am getting the runaround! I’ve talked to both Destiny and William. Both have assured me that the pre-authorization has been accepted and is going through claims. It’s been two months and my dental office can’t seem to get any response from them. In the meantime my mom can’t be treated and she can’t eat. FCL is supposed to cover 50% but at this point I just keep being left on hold or told it, “hasn’t gone through”. I personally can’t say I recommend them but I’m really hoping they can get their act together!"

Claudia from FCL dental didn't have the patience to help me. You're a customer service representative for a reason. Your job is to help people who call you, not rush them off the phone and make them feel like an inconvenience!"
