"Been going here for years. I really liked Cris or Chris the GM, he’s funny and very nice… I made birthday reservations through him last Thursday for my 30th on last Saturday. When I arrived there was no reservation at all! The manager spoke to me and she put together 10 seats. (My reservation was for 20) We sat there and not only never got service but were repeatedly ignored or told someone else would be right with us… mind you I only asked servers who were on their phones by the server station nearest to the door, so I didn’t expect them to be busy. We ended up ordering 1 round of shots and beers from the bar then left… very disappointed and frankly it’s pathetic! The manager did her best and I appreciate her the most, although I didn’t catch her name… but wow, being regulars we thought it was going to be a very different experience."

"This was my second time here. The first time there, there were no issues. However, this time is a little different. I would like to start off by saying the prices are very reasonable and easy to work around. It's pretty inexpensive. Food: Food was pretty solid, hot, seasoned, and ready to eat. I can't complain. I recommend this place alone on the food and prices. Atmosphere: I really like the atmosphere as far as decor, lighting goes. There's plenty of games and things to do. The sports bar is, of course, a good touch, especially for my sports fans. Pretty good place to hang out and have a blast. Service: This is where we hit a rocky path. First, when I entered the establishment, after seating myself, I ended up having to wait 15 mins before a waitress/waiter approached the table, on top of that, when we finally did get to order drinks, we waited another 10 mins to receive those as well. I'm not going to include the time for food because I don't mind how long it takes to receive food. After receiving the food, I didn't see our waitress for a long time, I ended up waiting about 30 mins to see and speak with my waitress for the things that I needed. After that, I didn't see the waitress for another 30 mins until I wanted to pay. Once I saw my waitress again, it was time for the bill, I gave the cash over, and she walked off with it. I ended up waiting another 20-25 mins for the change and receipt. I don't like rushing people, and in no way am I asking for anyone to be perfect, but to wait such a long time between every little thing is ridiculous and insane. I will continue to come here. I hope that it gets better."

"Burger was good. Fries were cold. Would’ve told my server but she never came to ask how the food was. Eventually came after we were done to refill drinks. She did however have time to sit at the table next to ours to eat. She walked by our table multiple times without acknowledging us. We had to specifically ask her to clear table after we’d been finished for a while. When she did interact she was pleasant. Overall the experience left something to be desired. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again."

"It's always a vibe when I go here. The wings are always good. Music is good because they play a mixture of different genres of music. I also like the St. Charles location better because you're not allowed to smoke inside the bar. Nobody wants to eat and taste cigarette smoke."

"The French/Patty melt single burger was well done to the point of being crispy as well as the bread being dried out. I thought the tomato slices were pretty weak. The tater tots were OK, but also a little overdone."
