"Are they still in business? Is the number listed here correct? I have been trying to reach them for over a week to no avail. *Update* So I finally got in touch with Ben, the principle/owner and I am upgrading my rating. Please understand that this is not your typical business by any means. There is no name on the place, no receptionist or waiting area or anything of the sort. It's just a garage. Ben only answers the phone when he's there (no VM), and that with a simple "hello?". That said, this is quite possibly the BEST BMW/Mini repair shop in the United States of America. If your vehicle is under warranty and you don't have to pay, take it to the dealer if you must. For all other BMW or Mini work, go to B&D. No matter the year, make or model of your car/SUV, Ben's expertise of the BMW product is unmatched. He will correctly diagnose your problem, repair it with precision and all at a price that the dealer couldn't touch with a 10ft pole (he's affordable). The downside to this equation is that at times, Ben can be virtually impossible to reach for long periods of time. So if you need your vehicle repaired during one of these periods, you're out of luck."
