"Not sure if the doctor was just having a bad day or my case is different. I went to the doctor for a simple wisdom tooth extraction the doctor told she can remove it but some of the roots will remain and she said it was fine. Sat in the chair and for 45 minutes plus she tried to extract the wisdom tooth without an assistant , she put me through extreme discomfort and even scratched my tongue. After the excruciating 45 Minutes, she raised her hands and said I am unable to do this and prescribe me some medicines and told me to go to a different doctor. Right after I left, I just went to another doctor within the same plaza. The doctor was kind enough to patch me up within the same day, it took the other doctor a total of 10 minutes and he even removed the roots. Currently, As it has been three days, I am still in pain and I think I have an infection due to her work. Overall, I’m thankful to her for trying , taking me in on such short notice , pointing out the problem and admitting she couldn’t do it instead of continuing more damage. I would not recommend her for any procedures just simple check up work."

"I DO NOT recommend this place at all. She asks you if you think you are ready to remove your braces. As an ortho you should know when it is time to remove them. I am very unhappy with the results. She does not know what she’s doing. Not nice at all or welcoming. I had went to my original dentist and they were concerned as to why there was wires all around my teeth. Do not come here even for the simplest thing like a cleaning! Not to mention she bribes her patients with a Starbucks gift card in return of a good review!"

"I have been coming to Dr. Najla Al-Rayyan for over a decade, and I do not intend to see any other dentist in the foreseeable future. She has phenomenal bedside manner--always making me feel right at home when I'm here. She is exceptionally skilled and educates her patients very well. Her office staff is always ready to go above and beyond to make sure that are no roadblocks to receiving care. Also, she has Saturday availability! Overall, A+."
