"They don’t try to fit you in, when you do have an appointment it’s 2 plus hours for any service and they NEVER answer their phone. When they do answer, they immediately put you on hold and then never come back to your call. I understand being busy but this is horrible customer service."

"If you have a car that's 10+ years old...don't even bother coming here. Go to a shop that knows what theyre doing...or even maybe a different costco tire center. Had to come back 3 separate occasions only to be told, after waiting 2 hours each, my car is damaged and they can't put the tires on it. I visited a mechanic in between each of those visits to get the suggested repairs. 1st a trusted local mechanic did the required repairs. Came back to costco to be told there is other damage. So I said alright I'll go to midas, which costco recommends and provides coupons for. $2,000 dollars later, I come back to costco to be told that my car still has the same damage. So I go to Mavis tire to have them check out what the deal is. They told me that nothing is wrong with my car that would prevent my tires, that I already purchased, from being put on. So I said OK and brought it back to costco. Costco begrudgingly put on the tires and said that the damage is still there and said that if I came back with my car like this I'd be denied service (warranty repairs, re balancing, all the perks that come with getting your tires at costco.) So long story short: Do yourself a favor and go some where that knows what they're doing. These guys are n00bs and will waste your precious time."

"Very professional service • very busy team. Definitely get an appointment. Work done is very good quality. I had a fat tire and took it for repair, they were able to repair same day but needed more time to install it. Prepare to leave your vehicle there. For walk-ins I had to wait more than 2 hours."

"They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in. Did a very nice job installing the tires. Very friendly service (great Costco location overall). The tires were also cheaper than buying from another online retailer."
