"Great place to get your hearing aids. They don't spend any money on advertising their hearing aids. So they can save you money. Their warranty is better than any place I have seen. Also, if you get their credit card and put it on the card, the warranty is a lot better."
"We found some good deals on food, home essentials, and gas on this visit. Our first time ordering food at their cafe. It was actually pretty good and very adorable. I don't remember the last time I paid $13.00 for food for 3 adults. I also saved on ⛽, I was glad the line had disappeared by the time we were heading home."
"It’s a great Costco, the shelves were stocked well, the staff was friendly as ever. The customers were flocking around like a mass of uncontrolled cats. But that’s par for the course. Genuinely it’s decent overall though. The prices are fine and the samples are ample. The food court was quick and staff knew what they were doing."
"Lauren and Elizabeth are awesome. They packed up my stuff in boxes without me even asking. Very professional. This is the service you can’t get at any other grocery store."
"I am member of Costco from past 13 years. I moved to DFW area a year ago from Chicago. This Costco is close to my house. Good big Costco. Always busy. It’s really very difficult to find empty shopping carts if you are coming on weekends. People working here are rude. The check your membership card before they let you in the store now from past few weeks now they have new policy, if you are doing self checkout now you will meet a rude person standing there to check your membership card again. During my visit a lady staff member of Costco store asked me show my membership card to verify in very rude and disrespectful way. Hey management why you made the people standing on door to check the card before get in. If you have that much extra people then make them work to take care of the store. 2nd bad experience I had a eye appointment at Costco while making my appointment I was not told where to go. I went in the store at optical section. There was only one guy there who was attending another customer. I waited there patiently for 25 mins and this guy didn’t bother to make an eye contact or say anything. After 25 mins when he got free I try to check in then he told me this is only sales counter I need to go out of the store for doctor appointment. Man if you are that busy then put a sign there. Bad management bad people. Two star are only for Costco people working there don’t deserve a single star either. Adding Edits: they are still the same. We were there this week again for grocery shopping. At time of check out there was some issue in bar code reading for the counter in front of us. The cashier left the counter to confirm the bar code and didn’t return back for 20 mins. We were waiting in line. The girl who was helping her to load the cart then she start fixing her hair and costumers still waiting in line."
