"My hygienist Amanda is a true gem! Her customer service is everything I could ask for and I am firm on customer service. I knew I was in great hands once I met her and definitely make sure she does all of my appointments! The list goes on job well done, she truly cares and her patients and patients needs! I can't stop here my front desk ladies are amazing! Soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome, very pleasant and helpful over the phone. To say the least my team over here has been great from the start!"

"My son was a patient under Dr. Battle, who has since left, (I wonder why? - me being facetious): and started her own practice. She was great and was very informative during the whole process of my son getting and wearing braces. Throughout the entire process though, I kept having to address them about billing errors. My son has had his braces off since, last September 2020 and his braces were paid off in full on June 15, 2020. & He hasn't been back since. Now, its 10 months later, and a few days ago I receive a bill for $200!!! for a missed appointment from December 2020 that I did NOT schedule. I spoke with a Pam who said she would take care of it and clear it out. BUT why try to to "create" charges for services not asked for or rendered? I recommended a lot of people to bring their children to this establishment because of Dr. Battle, but the practice itself seems to be very shady and I won't be recommending any one else to go here."

"I adore my Hygenist she is a rock star Stephanie...this new office is less than inviting or instilling any confidence. I go every 3 months for a cleaning, due to genetics...and they want 150.00...price gouging jerks.Currently seeking a new office. Shame on you . I am very sad to see the way this is turning out....."

"Five big stars! I love Oakview Dental! I went somewhere else for over 30 years and left for various reasons. I have been at Oakview for about 6 years and have had very positive experiences. The staff is awesome. Donna is wonderful and when I had an insurance mixup (not their fault) they held off the billing until I got the problem fixed. They open early and are able to get an appointment for you when it's convenient for you. Dr. Stern is amazing, so kind and considerate. I wouldn't go anywhere else."
