"Used Jiffy Lune for years. This time, I felt i was nickled and dimed. Cost just kept going up. Set fee for oil change and then they charged me for shop items (which should be included in the advertised cost otherwise it’s not really the cost). Then had to pay more for going of 5 quarts and then was told my coolant was low and it would be 10 dollars. When I asked how low they could only respond low. At least let me be an informed consumer and make choices based upon facts. Lastly, it would have been cheaper to have the oil change at the dealer."

"First time trying a jiffy lube. They have to drive your car up into the station and make you sit inside while they complete the oil change. The prices are way higher than their competitors and they don’t offer a AAA or Military discount. None of the staff were friendly, lacked good customer service. The only reason I went was because it was convenient location wise to when I needed a change. At the end of the day they got the job done, who knows if they did it correctly, I will not be back."
