"I called Q Roadside first thing this morning. My car battery died yesterday afternoon and, after an attempt to charge the battery overnight, it was still dead early this morning. Martin answered the call and told me that he could be at our home within 15 minutes. I was so surprised. You usually have to wait quite a while for any kind of service call. I had bought a new battery yesterday afternoon. Martin was able to jumpstart the old battery but also installed the new battery on site! He was wonderful, and he did an excellent job.
