"Dr. Lin was fantastic. Saw me right away, explained everything, and put me very much at ease with the whole process. Procedure was quick, very happy to have found this dentist."
"May 3, 2022 - I was nervous about my visit because I needed three fillings and Dr Lin did nothing to make me feel comfortable. Unforrunately because she was running behind in time, she only did two fillings. During the procedure my tooth was hurting and all she said was that she didn't know why. I was litterally scared and in pain, my hands were clutched tight and my lips were quivering. It was a bad experience for me and I will never go back to her. She is mean, rude, insensitive and in a hurry. She finished work on a patient, then did me and went straight to the next patient."
"Don't do it! Especially if you are African American, find someone else. Dr. Lin put a crown in my mouth that she knew would not hold and charged me 700.00. In two months it fell out and her response was frightening. No one who works with the public should treat people with the blatant disrespect and lack of empathy that she treated me. It is in my opinion, that is because I am a person of color. This was the second time she has both disrespected me and did bad dental work on me. She even admitted it the last time and then went on to insult me as a response. As a Pastor, I thought I would have grace and give her a second chance, but she was even more blatantly disrespectful and prejudice than the first time. I am seriously considering taking legal action against her "Don't do it!""
"I came late and they still made me a priority. She fixed my chipped tooth so well that its noticeably better than my previous dentists work. I'll definitely keep seeing her. Fantastic staff and friendly."
