My sister and I needed transportation to/from a medical procedure with the "must have a driver pick you up as you can't drive for 24 hours" requirement. Cox lived up to our expectations for our situation and needs. Both pickups (home, Silver Cross) were exactly on time, the car was in immaculate condition and our driver was very friendly. "I have been using Cox Livery for over 20 years! They have always provided excellent service. This past February we returned home to Midway during the last snow storm. Needless to say it was a traveling nightmare. 1st flight cancelled, rerouted to Georgia, 2nd flight cancelled, finally got a flight out to Midway at 8:30pm. Arrived at Midway at 10:30pm and waited 2 1/2 hours for our luggage. Cindy was our driver who was patiently waiting for us for hours on top of following our flight day ALL day. When we finally got our luggage and was on our way. Cindy was as pleasant as can be even after her long and I'm sure boring wait. Beth the owner was in contact with us on and off the entire day and did not leave us hanging. Highly Highly recommend this company, if we would of been using someone else I am not sure we would of been picked up. Sue DeVito"
