"I was in dire need of fast plane tickets, and I always go through travel agencies when booking. I needed to travel out of state for a crucial surgery. I randomly called Connie, whom I’d never talked to before and explained my situation. She was very sympathetic and open to my needs and spent hours upon hours on the phone with me, not only booking my flight because it was a last minute deal, but giving me much needed encouragement and hope for the operation I needed. She was much kinder than she needed to be, tailoring my travels to my handicapable needs including my needs to a wheelchair, insuring my access to the wheelchair from the minute I entered the airport up to the seat of the plane. Connie has the biggest heart I have ever seen when it comes to helping people in travel needs. Not only will she guarantee to the detail of everything working out for you, but she has a heart as good as, if not gold ! I would without hesitation recommend Connie for any of your travel needs, because this lady is a very special person.
