"Worst experience ever. I dropped the car on Tuesday afternoon because the AC Vents were not working. I was told somebody will call me next day to let me know what's wrong with it. I had to call them on Thursday to find out what's happening because nobody called me. On friday they called me to come and get the car. They said they fixed it, but when they turned on the car, the engine light was on. I never had problems with the engine light, so obviously they did something to my car. I picked it up Saturday and after driving it for about 1 hour i had to bring it back, because the vents were working, but i had no AC now. They charged me $300 labor for nothing. When i brought it back, they said it's not their fault cause the AC is not working, because i only brought the car to them because the vents weren't working and now they do. Again, i was told that sebody will call me ononday to tell me what's wrong with the car. Of course, nobosy called. I called them Tuesday morning. I was told car will be ready Wednesday or Thursday morning the latest. You quested it, nobody called me. I called again Thursday afternoon and I've been told they have no idea when the car will be ready. When i asked to be trasnfer to a manager, they said the car it's actually ready and they made a mistake. I will never bring the car back to this idiots. Try and stay away from them."

"They kept my truck for two days and Tom told me several issues discussed would be fixed. When I picked it up, neither issue had been taken care of because the parts were not in stock. Associates should ensure parts are in stock before stating service will be performed. When I called later to get a written quote for one of the service items they had already verbally quoted, it took several weeks of me calling and talking to answering machines and humans before Tom finally said he would get me the quote. I never heard from him or anyone else again. Attempting to deal with this company was a waste of time."
