"Update - I did not expect such a swift response time to my review I left yesterday in regards to the inconvenience I encountered after leaving duke of oil. John from the corporate team & a couple of other members were quick to help me resolve my flat and tire valve issue. Corporate sent some team members up to rivers, they managed to fill up my flat, took it back to their shop, & fixed the valve. I was inconvenienced for a couple of days but I really appreciated the amount of effort the company pulled through with after finding out about my mishap. Im glad neither parties had to fork over a ton of money & this was pretty easy to resolve with their help. We don’t have to break up after all! Thanks again John."
