"I was there today they were bricks of ice when you turned the corner inside of Jiffy Lube where there were five guys just standing around doing nothing. I told them about it and they said we’re not allowed to go outside. I thought that was unacceptable. My car completely shut off and would not start because of rolling over these big Unks of ice that were not removed then there was a $20 coupon and that’s the reason I went there and they did not accept it because they no longer have that coupon anymore. It’s from somewhere else out of dates get your website together right I just think these guys were working there are lazy Lazy I will never go back again and I’ve been there two or three times no more I’m done with this place. It’s awful and they overcharged. They didn’t fix my speedometer, the right way unprofessional"

"I am one that believe in acknowledging good service when its given. I have been visiting this location managed by Paige and I have never never been disappointed as a customer. Juan greeted me and asked what service I was interested in and guided me in the bay and opened my door and was very polite. Jordan was awesome as told me what services I needed currently and in the future. Jordan and Paige was a great representative of the company and told me I was eligible for a discount based off the services I received. John entered the lobby and greeted me as he asked he how I was doing. Jamelle came in and greeted me as well with such good manners and professionalism. Abdallah was one of the people who did some work on my car, he came and educated me on the maintenance needed which I was so grateful for. Mir was another person who assisted with changing the oil on my truck and he was kind as well. Overall, I cannot thank this entire team enough for such a pleasurable visit. I feel like I am missing one person who was kind and smart and he was even off the clock. The entire team was helpful, educated me on my vehicle and I can say Paige has trained the team very well! I will be sure to refer family and friends to this Jiffy Lube location on Midwest Road. This location is the reason my car is running so well for this long. Thanks guys!"
