Hillside Service

"Unprofessional and prejudice company! The owner of hillside Service needs to re evaluate his/her staff. The receptionist is Rude and unprofessional. Reading other reviews, perhaps she can benefit from a cultural awareness class as this is not the first complaint about them being racist! This company seems to have a contract with the Arlington heights police department and they feel that because of this they can treat people like garbage. When I called to complain about their service they had no issue threatening me with calling the police, all while repeatedly stating that they have a contract with the Arlington police department! I feel sorry for the ppl that have been in accidents and have to deal with this garbage company."

"There are a bunch of rude people getting angry when you ask them the simplest question about their services. It appears that they want you to not ask questions so they can hit you with hidden charges days after you are recovering from an accident. The staff inside the building was rude. However, the gentleman moving the vehicles around in the lot was a pleasure to talk to. He was even saying that you can take the stuff from your crashed vehicle earlier if you want to, as long as you sign it out. And when I went inside to ask the lady of the counter, she declined. Saying that it was not part of their policy"

"5 stars all day long! Car was towed due to a wreck. Hillside employees have been Topnotch. From the guy who picked up the phone on a Sunday to the guy who helped me remove license plates and personal belongings to the front desk employee. All were very helpful, very empathetic and very nice. Thank You!"
