The head dental asst / technician is wonderful and the ladies at the front desk are like having professional college friends! "My experience on 6/30/21 at Tru Dental in Westchester, IL showed that they have continued the lessons learned in 2019. There could be a disadvantage in a rotating roster of professionals servicing one's dental needs. My conclusion, based on results since 2019, is that Tru Dental is overcoming this disadvantage by staffing this location with friendly people who happen to also be excellent at their jobs. The best way to test my review is to visit Tru Dental and get your own results :) UPDATE: Tru Dental is continuing a high standard of service in 2022. My most recent visits have been with Dr. Nicole Jeziorski, who only exceeds her professional abilities with her personal qualities :) Consistency is hard to find but can be found at Tru Dental ! My most recent visit (2/13/23) was more of the same at TFD. Great service, any question answered to my satisfaction and great big smiles while doing so ! I'm glad to be a patient there. :) UPDATE (2/24/24) I'm still glad to be a patient there :) This is one seriously good organization as I type this update. I see no sign of this train slowing down !"

I’m so happy I made the decision to become a patient. The office is beautiful and clean. From the ladies at the front desk to the ladies in the back you’ll feel so welcomed and relaxed! "I absolutely love this office! I have extreme dental anxiety but since being a patient here that has changed. The staff is super friendly and experts when it comes to insurance. Dr. BaMatraf is gentle and patient. I also love that he explains the procedure so that I understand what’s going on. If you’re looking for a new office, this is the place to be!"
