This woman is THOROUGH, detail oriented, and SO kind and amazing to work with. She explained everything in great detail, answered all of our questions, listened to everything we wanted, and delivered. When I say she delivered...she did it to a T. Our vacation to Rome and the Amalfi Coast was everything we wanted and MORE. It FAR SURPASSED my expectations and they were high because I've been told how amazing it is there. Carol found the most incredible hotels/apartments for us with amazing locations, amenities, etc. We were right next to the Pantheon in Rome and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go! The app she uses makes everything flow smoothly and it's all there for you at your fingertips! Your flight tickets, train tickets, private driver (if you need this stuff), excursions/tours, etc...it's ALL there on the app for you and is VERY user friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this precious lady and her business. Moving forward, we will be using Carol for all of our vacations.
