"We were happy with the doctor, but not the assistants who were offended every time we asked the questions. In addition, their billing office is HORRIBLE. Never ever in my life I received such a BAD customer service. We had the treatment plan created for my daughter in 2023; total of 5 visits. 4 out of 5 bills were incorrect. I spend hours and hours calling the insurance company and the office trying to figure out the balances. One of our treatments was schedules at the hospital, and their office manager kept insisting that hospital stay/treatment will be covered with insurance. A week before the treatment, I decided to double check and I was told by multiple insurance officers that nothing will be covered and hospital stay will be out of pocket expense. If you decide to use Smiles For Life service, double and triple check your bills."

"This practice is amazing. My son was terrified of other places and I could never get him to sit down. I knew he had cavities. Here, it was so welcoming he just ran in and sat down. Each person we came in contact with was kind and professional. Dr. Kaur is an amazing person. She went above and beyond any expectation we had. I would recommend her and this practice 100 times over. "Dr. Kaur has been amazing and her staff is wonderful too! They are so good with children and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The office is very welcoming and very clean. My daughter had to have extensive work done after getting breastfeeding cavities. I didn't even know it was such a thing until it was too late and Dr. Kaur made me feel better about the whole situation. She had to have "special teeth," as my daughter calls them for her front upper teeth. Dr. Kaur did a beautiful job with shape and color trying to replicate how her original teeth looked. We have also seen her for regular check-ups and she has put my daughter at ease and has made the experience very pleasant.
