I just had 2 front crowns replaced, that were pretty old. When I saw the new crowns in my mouth, I cried. They are absolutely beautiful! Great dental practice."

"I have been going to Dr. Michiels for 20 years and he is fantastic. I always get a thorough cleaning using the latest technology. He is concerned with patient comfort and does his best to minimize any discomfort. He did a front tooth crown for me 15 years ago which still matches perfectly and is indistinguishable from a real tooth. I highly recommend him."

"I got my cleaning done by Dr Michiels. He used sanding, etc. My gums along the bottom teeth were bleeding after the procedure. They don't usually bleed after a cleaning, so I was taken by surprise, but was told that was because of the sanding. But when I looked at my gums at night, I realized that some of the skin along my bottom teeth were broken and bruised. I had to floss and brush there very carefully, because it was bleeding again. It felt like I was digging into tender skin and it would've been very painful if I didn't keep my movements light. I attached a photo here. Unfortunately I couldn't get a very clear one, but you can still see the redness along my lower gumline. It's redder in real life than in the photo. I don't think the Dr used a lot of care with me. He did do a thorough cleaning, but I've never had my gums wounded like this before. I keep my teeth in good shape so it's not like they need a lot of work. Also I didn't really feel comfortable during the procedure. Not only because of the rough way he prodded at me from time to time, causing pain, but also because he kept resting his wrist on my forehead as he worked on me, like really RESTING it there like it's a mousepad for him. I was really looking forward to finding a good dentist close to where I live. But I was disappointed with my experience here."
