"Not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Dr.Morrone was nothing but kind and explained everything in detail, returned calls right away and was upfront about the cost of everything before the actual appointment. Everyone from the staff upfront to the anesthesiologist were incredibly nice. I can't recommend this place more."
"Worst oral surgeon I’ve ever encountered. On the phone he said price would not be a surprise then I get a $200 X-ray charge that they never discussed with me. After the consult I questioned the price. He proceeded to tell me he told me the price for the surgery via telephone which he never did. He said I would have not written this price down in my chart if I didn’t discuss it with you. No. Sir, what you did what write down what you were going to charge no matter the “severity of the case” like you said. When I initially asked about the price he said “well it all depends on the severity of the case, but you will have a copay no matter what.” He basically told my minor child the procedure and walked out without asking me if I wanted to proceed. When questioned about the price and what my PPO insurance covered he said well this is what you pay and then I bill the insurance. I said I was not interested and he was so upset and began telling me how he was out on money because he had to pay the anesthesiologist to show up. I tried to reason with the man and ask him how is he going to pay someone without knowing if the patient is going to go ahead with the procedure and he said that’s why I called you to confirm. I told him I confirmed the appointment not the surgery for my child. He began slamming her file and stormed out of the room. I paid $200 for ONE X-ray that looks like it was taken from a moving vehicle on the highway. Moral of the story… look for another facility/oral doctor. He’s not it. I’m happy I went with my “gut” feeling after reading the reviews!"
"Dr Jones needs to wear a mask as he examines his patients!!! If you have medicaid dont waste your time and gas!! The staff is friendly though"
