"I’m not certain how this company is a certified BMW anything. Their only concern is making money and charging insurance companies for additional items. Their repair work left my vehicle worse than when I brought it in, very poor workmanship and even the general manager Gary wants to point fingers and not assist with a proper solution for the work they have warranty on. I brought my BMW X5 in do perform some repairs recommended by insurance, it took me 3 weeks to get my vehicle back and still did a poor job. I definitely would not recommend these scammers for any work on a BMW, not even to work on a KIA! They don’t know how to properly install a basic cover for the door handle without having the LED light sticking out. When I brought it to Gary’s attention, he told me “how do I know that it wasn’t like that before?” Very unprofessional, he never even properly looked at it. My hope is that BMW pulls their certification for very poor workmanship."

"Left a i3 front with front bumper and hood damage they called me and informed that it’s beyond repairs which is totally understandable but they broke the windshield and it’s missing one of the side panel. Honestly they were all intact when it was dropped for service. I have all the proof and you left the estimates in the car and Iam suing Totally irresponsible, please avoid this place at all cost"
