"I took my truck and my wife’s suv to get oil changed in two trips, the first trip took a little over an hour from when I pulled up to the garage to when I pulled away. The second trip took an hour and a half. As far as I can tell the oil changes went fine, and the technicians were professional in their demeanor, but that took way more time out of my day that I was expecting. I sometimes change my own oil and I can do both cars in 40 minutes in my garage without the benefits of an oil shop. It seems like there are some inefficiencies in the operation that could be streamlined for a faster overall service that would turnover more customers in a day. Maybe more technicians on staff or a reorganization of the procedure."

"It was quick and painless, they showed me everything gave great opinions didn’t try to up sale me on things I didn’t need and was honest. Joey was the main guy who I spoke with and he was extremely knowledgeable and took good care of me and my car. Even offering me water loved it there. "I could see that the few there worked as a team. There was 5 cars when I pulled up. I was out of there within 30 mins still. Multiple tech’s offered me a cold water. All of them were polite, friendly, and courteous. I tipped the guy who did my windows all the cash I had $23 and told him to get the crew burgers. I am not a rich man. Had I had $50 I would have gave it to them to get them a nice lunch. The people here are good at their jobs and beyond that they are kind and friendly while doing them. I think they all deserve a raise and some recognition. I’ll be back and with lunch ;)"
