"I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has kids. I had been searching for a dentist for my son for a long time that would accept medicaid and also offer sedation for dental work. The office staff is welcoming and nice. The clinical team ( assistants, nurses, anesthesiologist, dentist...) is one of the best that I've ever seen. Their process is very thorough, they're so gentle and patient with the kids which made me feel at ease and trust my son was in good hands. Highly recommend and will be taking my son there from now on."

"This dentist office is very unprofessional when it comes to punctuality and setting correct appointments for customer needs. I showed up 15 minutes early to the appointment just to be seen 20 minutes after appointment time. Then to be told that I wasn't allowed to be with my 6 year old son while he was getting x-rays which I told them he really didn't need because it was a referral which had information provided by our original dentist and after that to be told the appointment was not actually for what needs to be done. Also, just because a patient comes in with Medicaid does not mean the experience needs to be poor because I strongly believe if I had any other insurance provider for my son for dental it will be a different experience because would have been able to be referred to a office that actually is attentive to the patient's needs and setting them up with the correct appointments and also being punctual with that appointment time."
"My grandson had a dentist appointment at 8am. They were told to be there at 7. They got there at 6:45am. Overhead the anesthesiologist wasn't there yet. Waiting in the waiting room for a half hour and get told the appointment was CANCELLED and they'd lose their $250 deposit they put down (which is ILLEGAL with their insurance). Mom was told the only way she wouldn't get it back is if SHE cancelled the appointment, which she obviously didn't do. 4 yr old Grandson who happens to be on the spectrum is now hungry and balling his eyes out that he wants to see the dentist that they spent the morning hyping up to keep him calm. Mom asked that the manager calls her when she gets in. 5 hours later, they say she missed an intake call from an out of state number no one told her to watch for and she can reschedule for TOMORROW (miss another day of work!) with ANOTHER $250 deposit. Or be referred to UIC which we already know has a 2 YEAR wait list!! Can we say INSURANCE FRAUD??! Or was it discrimination of some sort? Both??! What is the $250 for in the 1st place??! Rediculous!!!"
"Very rude manager. Extremely dirty place, not sure how they can practice like this. They wrote the wrong prescription and we couldn’t go to have the procedure done because of it and they cancelled us (we were there just for this procedure only) even though my child has cancer and we were in the hospital for the last few days… They said it was my fault for not letting them know of their mistake sooner (because I had a few days to get the prescription so I should have gone sooner to get it) I found out about this error after they had close the facility (after9:00pm) and that we couldn’t come ever again now knowing my daughter needed this for a major surgery coming up. Really do not put their patients first nor do they accommodate for their own mistakes. Disappointing practice!"
