I found Dr. Lin to be very friendly, personable, and honest. I decided not to go through with either procedure at this time, as Dr. Lin determined that it wasn’t really necessary. "Went there for a lip and tongue tie procedure for our 10 mos old. My wife and I had our 2 and 3 yr old along because we couldn't find a babysitter. To keep it short my kids can be a handful at times. This was one or those times. Dr. Lin and his staff were awesome. They (the staff) even took the older kids during the laser procedure. Dr. Lin explained everything in detail and laid out all options, even to not get the procedure if we chose so. We did elect to get it and was done in seconds with almost zero pain for my daughter. I think she was bothered more by me holding her than the actual lazing. We drove 72 miles to go there and would drive twice that to go back. Out of every doctor I have been to, Dr. Lin was the best.
