"I was a patient here for over ten years when doctor leena halikius owned it. She recently sold it to a new owner tho and it’s been terrible ever since. I scheduled an appointment for august 23rd at the oak Forest location and upon arrival to my appointment nobody was in the building the doors were locked and they were closed. they had booked me on a day that they closed and they forgot about me I drove over 45 minutes to get there from my house and I had to drive another 45 minutes to drive back home. I waited almost one week and received no phone calls from them, not even a simple apology.. today I called them to explain to them that they forgot about me and how I drove out for nothing and that I really needed an appointment as soon as possible because my teeth had been hurting.. however they told me there was no opening and nothing they could do for me and they suggested I can wait three weeks for an appointment with them! Still with no apology and no empathy toward their mistake! I decided I will not be returning. they lost a patient that used to go to them for over 10 years. Good news is I was able to find a new dentist to accommodate me and to get me in for my pain as soon as possible, thankfully!"

"Everybody at this place is great. Super nice and real down to earth. Kristina at the front desk always has a smile on her face and is very helpful when it comes to treatment plans and scheduling. Dr. Mustafa pulled my tooth and was awesome with any follow up questions I had in the following weeks and is a really cool and calming guy. Dr H. Is awesome and down to earth as well! I hate going to the dentist but these guys make me hate it slightly less."
