"Dr. Kempf and Maggie were amazing. No one likes to go to the dentist and today I had an appointment to get a crown (which I conveniently blocked out of my memory until I arrived lol). From the moment I walked in the office and wanted to run out (seriously, I did), Rachel was friendly, compassionate and professional (not to mention she validated my very real nervousness). I think Dr. Kempf overheard me talking to Maggie about my fears of pain and he was extremely reassuring even before we got started. He was gentle and attentive and I felt absolutely no pain at all. Maggie answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Westgrove has been our family's provider for years and today is the reason why they will remain our provider of choice and highly recommended by me. "I love how the doctors answer every question, friendly and understands your concerns. They are willing to work with you. Very gentle when performing dental procedures. I had a root canal done and was very nervous about the entire process. Dr. Khan made sure I was comfortable and pain free. It was quick, painless and I left pain free and thankful at the same time.
