"THIS IS NOT UNITED AIRLINES! They are operating under the name of ALPHA FARE on their contracts. Don't be fooled by your search results for United Airlines phone number. They do a very good job pretending to take care of you as though they are the "Resolution Department", but truth be told they just pay a lot to Google to be the top search result for 'United Airlines phone number.' Unfortunately, I went through the whole process of giving them ALL my personal information and credit card info before I realized what had happened. They are super smooth, emails and authorization forms (with no obvious company name until you get to the fine print, but of course the United logo with the flight info), they talk the talk of an airline agent and I thought nothing of it until the end of the call when he said "Thank you for calling (some company name other than United Airlines that I couldn't distinguish), enjoy your evening." Luckily I caught it in time and was able to lock my card before the charge was processed. Anbre called me back about 15 minutes later to let me know the charge didn't go thru, and was immediately defensive that he did tell me who they were up front (not true). At that point, he knew I was on to them and was pretty quick to get rid of me."

"Stay Away From This Company! Be careful! They are not United Airlines. For what ever reason there number showed up while I was looking for United Airlines customer service number. I called them and the guy pretended that he was from United Airlines. I feel horrible for giving him info about my flight. This is total Scam."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My spouse was trying to rebook a flight and googled United Airlines number. This number popped up and is clearly NOT UNITED Airlines customer service, although they had told her they would assist her. She tried rebooking and they told her after our refund of $700 our new price would be almost $2200 and that this was the absolute cheapest ticket for that week. LIES! It took me about 5 seconds on Google to find flights for us for less than $900 (without any discount or refund). I called back to cancel and the "supervisor", Ron was very unhelpful and urged me to cancel my other, cheaper reservation and continue my booking with them. It took me over an hour to get them to finally confirm my booking had been canceled. It was like pulling teeth with them! The staff spoke extremely fast, were very smug, and not helpful in the absolute least. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever seen booking flights. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT AND USE ANY EXCUSE TO GET YOUR MONEY. They are frauds and I feel horrible about them getting any of our information. I will follow up on this if anything else happens with our situation."

"This company is a scam. They agent lied to me that he was an Ethiopian airline agent. I paid over 2000$ to book a ticket. They later changed my flight to one where there is a 12 hour layover without telling me. I only found out when I called Ethiopian Airlines because I hadn’t received my E-tickets. I have been trying to reach out to them but in vain. Sent emails with no response. They are liars, thieves and scammers. Save your time and money. Do not book with them"
