"Not happy with your reminder system. It cost me a $100 to cancel an appointment today. Getting notification 2 weeks before an appointment and zero reminders afterwards is not an efficient system. Even if the appointment was confirmed. Two weeks is a long time. FYI for new patients they require 48 hours notice if you are cancelling an appointment. Nothing mentioned in the new patient paperwork or on their website about a $100 cancellation fee. I know that I didn’t remember the appointment and that is on me. However a $100 is a lot of money for a cancellation. Please fix your reminder system or at least tell people not to confirm it if they want future reminders."
